About Nick Kemp

Nick Kemp successfully worked in the commercial recruitment sector since the 1980s having successfully negotiated a series of multi million pound contracts to become one of the most respected individuals in his field.

In 1997 he set up TNP Associates as a training company for business which was subsequently rebranded as Nick Kemp Training. His clients have included numerous established recruitment concerns as well as a series of well known businesses including, Tate Modern, Sweet Concepts and Towergate Insurance.

In the 1990s he first began training in Neuro Linguistic Programming to then become an internationally approved NLP trainer with The Society of NLP, setting up Tranceforming NLP with Tina Taylor as an NLP training facility in the UK. Nick has trained with many of the world’s most talented trainers and communicators including Dr Richard Bandler the creator of NLP, Paul McKenna and Frank Farrelly the creator of Provocative Therapy. Since meeting Frank he has literally immersed himself in Frank’s extraordinary therapeutic approach writing a series of published articles on Provocative Therapy as well as producing the first ever Provocative Therapy DVD and CD products.

In 2006 he released his own “Provocative Change Works for Phobias” DVD set which shows him using a combination of Provocative Therapy alongside NLP and Hypnosis in successfully curing client phobias. This 2 DVD set is the first ever material to have both an introduction and narration by Frank Farrelly himself on Nick’s work. He is one of the few Farrelly approved Provocative Therapy Trainers teaching Provocative Therapy.

In 2006 he began appearing weekly on BBC Radio talking about the use of Provocative Therapy and NLP in dealing with behavioural problems and phobias. Nick runs a successful private practice in Leeds and is part of the internationally acclaimed Just Be Well Network as well as being registered with The General Hypnotherapy Register and is also a member of The Society of NLP and ANLP.
